The truth is I learn just as much by watching idiots. But you have to want to learn first. Take the guy who claims he invested 1.7 million dollars. "Strategically selected" facts was the term Ken mentioned in the podcast. The same thing happens right here on this board. I think the case is doomed to fail, YMMV. Did anyone else learn what not to do from that? I did. If your still not sure what was stated in the last podcast it is still available.

Company did zero work to increase shareholders’ value and even a shareholder sued CEO for false claims and now some pumpers are pumping with no material news…

No on both. Minor little details that investors might be interested in eh? A key player in one of the companies he says is close to a liquidity event leaves and nada. Typical. We have never heard from Tank the ex football player from X2Fan either. Ken does not know how to grow a business.

You know how the dumbest people you know in real life think they are the smartest, its the same for the pumpers on this board.

Did Ken address form-15 during the podcast? What about the exit of Tony Martinez from LikeRE?

It may be obvious to a few, why 90 - 95% of traders end up failing in the long run. They are too smart to learn and have not nearly enough patience to teach themselves.
All successful traders that admit it have failed in their past, studied the reasons for failure, and corrected them. Blaming any and every other thing or person(s) is not the path to winning.

No, experience is the difference and the knowledge of other traders. Books, videos. etc. Charts are only one part of what can be learned, same as profound listening. All CEO's must be careful with what they project forward. Everyone hears those things differently as can be seen. I have never heard promise or certainty but I have trained myself to listen more closely I think.
also. It is just as important or even more so, to know what NOT to listen to.

So if we need to study the chart then the words coming out of the company CEO's mouth don't matter??? Maybe pumpers have insider info that retail doesn't have so that's why they know when to hold and when to fold????

Doesn't have the skills I presume. Maybe a book on trading or study of past losses would be a good way to pass the time. It is very difficult to look inward at ones own issues. Might even take a close look an INQD which is a part of the WDLF family. It could be lining up for success along with WDLF.

Nothing will happen until Ken comes out with material news...

The truly SMART move here would be to revenge trade if you feel so strongly about it. That would actually make you feel better about your previous inability to succeed. (if you have the skill set required)

It's obvious to me now; Ken has set up a Strategy that strengthens WDLF/Decentral Life,
while adding Greater Value to the MjLink JV, and both Outdoorsmen &
LikeRE, as they prepare for the right time to go public.

I totally except Kens explanation for the delay, and agree - "Timing is utmost important!"

I'm in this for the long run, and am excited to see how it all
plays out over the next few months, and
. . . the years ahead !!!

Houses in my area are selling in matter of hours/days on market, always above initial asking price.

My area real estate is very hot. People are in bidding wars. Sellers are getting over 25k asking prices.

junior was describing and hoping that I would make a statement that could be manipulated or "strategically pulled" without context for future entertainment and entrapment much like the case that Ken described.

in my area real estate is in bad shape , way over priced and no one is buying them . When owner drop price they sell , the 100 % price increase in 2 years are not selling

I have only my own opinions about those questions. I am an investor here, not a spokesman for the company. I can only suggest that you contact their office.

What? How about, why delist the stock? How is the audit going for MJ Link? When he says the clients are ready to IPO, does that mean they are audited? Why do they keep billing for consulting services, but the clients aren’t paying, see growth in A/R. That’s just to start.

Virtually every question on this board for the last 6 months was answered in that podcast. I suppose we could have stayed on the original path that wasn't successful to appease a portion of shareholders. I am glad that Ken has the ability to see ahead and adapt. We are in an unfriendly environment for the small business and corporations. Restaurants are closing by the score, real estate is in limbo (overpriced imo) and mom and pop stores were struggling 2-3 years ago and many have folded. Why should we pursuit the MJ avenue if other companies are failing at that? Is it worth risking the other entities of Decentral? Ken mentioned some of the very things that I had imagined they were going through and how he plans to tackle them. I am glad he hasn't just thrown his arms up and given up on them. I appreciate your attitude compared to the 10 year olds on the board. "Dad" should have fixed that problem years ago. But I digress.

Nothing substantial on the podcast as I suspected. An hour long history lesson. Can’t help but wonder why Ken made the comments in early March they were on target for two liquidity events by the end of Q1 if he knew all the market impact. I feel he was deceptive to try and keep the stock up. My key takeaway is nothing is happening here. Stock price will start slipping is my hunch. There will be no news in the near future that will move this thing.

Actually, that is all 99% of penny stock traders want. Whatever it takes to get a quick jump in pps. Very rare to hold long term. I need to check my calendar...I think it's been over 2 years now since my first purchase of WDLF stock.
I'm happy with the update, and plan to remain a shareholder for a long time into the future!

only stupid people want to go public and then BK , timing is everything in the market
