If Todd S. Noble is truly the New President here what other changes might we once a Company update arrives?

- A Consolidated Corporate Website with all of the Businesses on it?
- A Ticker Change to reflect a change to a Holding Company?
- New Securities Exchange Commission filing?
- A presence in the United States via an Office here?

Who knows July may or may not prove to be a very interesting month for this Company IMO.

I still say it's more like 11.77 M Equity as the Annual did not have the correct income reported. They missed adding the last revenues 2023 Q4 with the first 3 Q's of 2023 as I have said and shown with the pictures of the reports. They only show $2.8M ANNUAL 2023 however again that was not added to the first 3, to be $11.77M

Absolutely! And with 9M in equity, nice cash and No debt;
any decent merger(s) and or acquisition(s) IMO, can bring this to 2cents +;
which would only be a $40million market cap, and justified at that price.

That Oklahoma holding company is making more and more sense now. It's all coming together.

So, with a nice cash position and No debt; the Co. is a fantastic candidate to fill the holding Co. with a merger or acquisition.

Zvalinskaya Is listed as President living in Indonesia.

But on the GGSMGlobal.com website Todd S. Noble is now listed as President. No Pump but is this a typo or did Todd S. Noble get promoted to President? Is this part of move to have the company have a American presence?

Also per the new financials Todd S. Noble as Director owned Zero retail shares. If its true that Todd S. Noble is now President is he now purchasing retail shares that will be reflected in the next financials?

I agree 100% with what you said. Smart people are loading up here while it's still low based on financials.

Real thin now....not sure how many at 15; but if someone wants a few, will have to pay it.

That's why I keep buying; cause it's very cheap, based on the actual numbers and potential.
All one needs to say is: I'm waiting for actual X communication and PR(S) to buy.
Everyone knows, that the CEO will communicate when they are ready to;
No average investor can change that. Either, one believes it's going to happen or not.
With a nice cash position and No debt; can't get a better merger candidate;
that's why IMO, a holding Co. was created. Something coming soon IMO;
but, keeping waiting for the actual. 12's and 13's won't be there when that happens.

I would think that the director may have an incentive for a future possibility based on work performance and what he brings to the table etc. I don't think they would just give him shares immediately though. Until then I would say he would have to buy on the open market if he wanted common shares.

As they just reduced the AS from 3.5B to 2.2B in NOV 2023 and the OS has not changed since then either.

Per the new Financing Todd S. Noble appears to be a New Director. Also he is the only Director that doesn't own any retail shares. This is the reason for my questions about possibly Insiders buying? But since they aren't any SEC Filings we won't know until the next quality financials if insiders are buying.

It is very interesting that such a simple question becomes more about who's asking instead of giving an opinion about the sudden increased volume.

The DD being provided doesn't provide at the moment communication from the company. Sounds like you are asking for blind faith. It is possible to believe and ask questions. To advocate for something different is questionable IMO.

I'll be grabbing more 13's, 14's and 15's in the morning.
So many other crap tickers have been moving; with no real justification;
We have great numbers; revenues, income, cash, and no debt;
plus, probable merger(s), acquisition(s) to come, here in the USA, with newly created Oklahoma holding Co.;
So, IMO, 1-5 cents very doable. In other words, this is a no brainer down here.
Time to stop hesitating, and get in cheap while you can.

Insiders buying? Possible PUMP and Dump coming? More People becoming aware? Your thoughts....
