There are non believers and believers and between (on the fence with spice of flippers when momentum is in their favor for bread and butter), my perspective on this company and the ticker itself, either the company will prove itself or it won't, 100...200...300 thousand dollars from doctors pitching in is definitely not going to cut it, as the company has stated in their filings they need partnership, JV or buyout, the latter is definitely not likely to happen, they need to get into phase 2 and 3 get some attention. I have invested enough if it fails, so be it, 4000 grand is my investment at 10 cents that is 200,000 at 20 cents 9-12 months definitely doable with JV or partnership and advanced pipelines, that's 400,000, enough in there that I am not going sweat bullets over it, if it works out great, if it doesn't, I make that easily on a single trade.

Phase 2 clinical trials funded by the Department of Defense for SCI with RSPi’s asset is very significant.

Couple that with the rest of their pipeline especially advancing to final tier 3 preclinicals with the NIH for the epilepsy/pain candidate holds significant value.

Strong relationships with government agencies funding the advancement of multiple drugs. Strong pharma backgrounds of those associated with company. This bodes well for the company and more importantly patients who need better medicine. And that would be music to our ears. Maybe even from an orchestra..

I would rather say that comparing to most iHub boards this one has a number of very unusually good contributors who include links to peer-reviewed studies, and actually go through, and quote the company’s documentation, which is dense, and admittedly extremely poorly presented.

Who cares about the few jokers who come and go. They do that all over iHub, and yes sometime it’s pretty embarrassing.

Second essential piece of wisdom I may offer is that the forces that have kept it afloat may have perpetuated its stagnation: it’s clear that the management has been neglectful and complacent. Just to begin: ::1. The website and branding are unbelievably shitty. ::2. Their SEC paperwork is grossly delinquent.

But the good news is that, unlike the science those things are not (or should not be) challenging and complicated.

Explain what exactly? It's a group of doctors and only a portion $250k could potentially go to RSPI. Again this is nothing more than a pump and dump being orchestrated. If you think $250k is going to have any impact on trading then I feel bad for you.

It’s challenging and complicated. The first essential piece of wisdom I may offer is that it is an anomaly. In terms of the financials, it should not exist. It has been artificially kept afloat for a long time. So why? It turns out that that part does make sense: ::1. the science is absolutely compelling, and it’s really worth it to put some effort to understand it. I posted some about that already, and I’ll write more soon. ::2. it has many patents which are comprehensive and good for years - for ex. (and it’s just one thing!) the AMPAkines, to 2037. I would highly recommend prospective investors spend a full day reviewing all this information and then start to use logic and put 2 and 2 together. Pharma like any OTC is risky. But one can see how the company has approached preclinicals to mitigate some risk in development.

And then the share structure is fine and while some warrants and conversions will add to the outstanding shares eventually, it is not outlandish. Even if the shares double here, the market valuation is still peanuts.

People tell stories of how this or that pharma went ballistic. Some of those stocks went 200-1000 times at their peak. And none of them hold a candle to the potential baked within RSPI pipeline and the medical indications they are trying to address. This is currently trading roughly 3x the floor the past year. I think this is why you are seeing longs so excited the ball has started rolling and others more desperate to position.

The CEO essentially said the epilepsy/pain candidate is in tier 3 NIH preclinicals, which if successful would open the door to grant money. This could be wrapping up at any moment.

In addition to that, they are seeking purse strings to open and help support, so BP could enter into a deal likewise at any moment. IMO, likely to be multiple deals.

The pain models and addicitive liability testing will probably help determine the paths with or without BP to address opioid crisis, which is high profile and the entire reason the NIH was interested in KRM-ll-81.

And they have a candidate that has shown positive results for ADHD. Also the OSA program in Australia has some funding in place and they could launch into human clinicals at any moment. The pipeline here is loaded with potential for sure.

I think this will gradually work its way higher with bursts on news or buying pressure and consolidation of the sheep. All the while big fish and whales will be absorbing the float. Trickle up to 1,2,3,5 pennies, etc and then a large BP deal surfaces and we see .10-.20 or much muc more depending on the extent of the deal(s).

All of this does not indicate a simple .003,.004, .005 stock with market cap under 5 million. Not today; not tomorrow, but in my opinion over the summer and before the bearded man flies, we will be trading well into silver land...

I dont think it will for the equity itself, but certainly I would think individual candidate drugs from their pipeline could be sold or bought out. The company itself said it believes all their pipeline should be sold, partnered, JV, etc, etc.

I am sure the insiders and institutional supporting this have an idea what their pipeline is worth or could be worth with some additional preclinical or early phase trials and BP activity. It is only logical with the insiders and instituional acquiring equity ownership positions in RSPI, that they will do everything to unlock the value of their IP and maximize ROI on their pipeline/investment.

You need to keep your eyes on the ball, daily gyrations don't matter, the end goal is what matters, things can change in a blink here. Unless you are trying to make bread and butter. If you are holding few million shares it will go a long way once this gets current and news starts to flow in.

A typical OTC may drop back down, but not a pharma with a DoD contract in hand with one of their lower end drugs I might add. A pipeline loaded with High Exposure in need drugs.

Is it not in the interest of ONE BP simply buying rspi out, and rspi to be bought, with achievement levels reached being big pay dates so buying on accomplishment time, not all payment at once, so as too keep all in house for the ONE BP rather than lose any or all to ANOTHER BP, while RSPI.solidifies a financial backing for all future R and D?

The company has filled the third quarter of 2023. Right now, we're awaiting the fourth quarter, which is the 10k report, and the first quarter of 2024.

Bottom Line: Dirt cheap. Undervalued comparatively even at these levels. DoD was a game changer. When its time it won't take months to reach proper valuation. It could happen in days!
